Incorporated in 2008, Two Rivers Corp. is a small, boutique consulting group specializing in change management for large-scale technology and enterprise projects that touch thousands of people.
Our certified change practitioners have built a reputation for high-quality outcomes with global clients across IT, networking, travel and financial services. One of Silicon Valley's most admired technology companies acquired three software firms and had to fold them into the enterprise — a change touching more than 20,000 employees. A large CRM rollout had already failed on poor adoption, and the client dismissed every consulting firm on the project except Two Rivers. Our team analyzed every role, defined exactly what would change for each one, and enlisted change agents to shape communication and training from the inside. The failed implementation became a company-wide success — and the client adopted our methodology as its model for change going forward.
Millions in penalties avoided · information security
A global information-security leader was splitting the company to sell off a division, with a complex platform release standing between them and millions of dollars in license penalties. A big-five firm had already stumbled — users weren't ready and the documentation was impenetrable — and was let go. Two Rivers stepped in, rebuilt the change materials in plain, usable language, and cleared the rigid deadline. We closed by transferring knowledge and reusable templates so the client could keep succeeding on its own.

A premier cruise and tour company serving over a million passengers a year faced an aggressive restructuring that lived or died on stakeholder buy-in. Two Rivers Corp. was incorporated in 2008 by founder and owner Nahrein David, who brought more than twenty years of business experience to a simple idea: that large organizations deserve a partner who treats change as a craft, not an afterthought.
Today TRC is a small, boutique consulting group with an outsized reputation — a women-owned small business and certified Local Business Enterprise in San Francisco, delivering high-quality outcomes for global clients across technology, networking, travel and financial services.
